How does the Eventjet ticket shop work?
Within 5 minutes your personal ticket shop will be set up and ready to use. After the setup the ticket shop will be integrated into your personal website and/or Facebook by iFrame or Pop Up. Your customers can instantly purchase tickets which they will present at the venue. Each ticket has a unique bar-code which can be scanned at the check in by
bar-code reader.
How does the guest list tool work?
Define how many guest you expect for your event and if you want to specify different
types of guest (VIP, Press, Sponsors, etc.) The guest list tool will generate the corresponding number of guest codes by category which you can distribute to your guests in advance. With these codes your guest will register on your homepage or Facebook and receive a electronic ticket (iTicket) by e-mail. This ticket can be checked by bar-code reader at the venue.
How does the check in at the venue work?
Each guest holds his personal ticket with a unique bar-code. The ticket can be scanned at the venue online by using a standard bar-code reader. To check the tickets just enter the scan link into the web browser and start scanning. As Eventjet is a real time application, it´s possible to scan several gates at the same time.

What equipment do I need for scanning the tickets at the venue?
For checking the tickets a web based real time application will be used. All you need on site is a Netbook/Notebook, or PC with USB interface and access to the www. Just plug a standard USB bar-code reader in, enter the scan link into the web browser and start scanning. If you need a bar-code scanner, we will be happy to lend you one!
How many gates can be used for check in at the same time?
You can check in guests at as many gates as you like at the same time. You just need a corresponding number of PCs and bar-code reader (one at every check in).
